Welsh Upholstery was funded by Mr. Mike Welch 30 years ago, now we've changed the name to Seventeen Street Upholstery, I worked with him hand to hand all that time. Due to his retirement on 2017 , I Luis Roque became the owner to continue his proyect in the same premises. I'm very thankful for everything i learned from him.
